WTF? Story is a Cave Story mod made by GIRakaCHEEZER. This mod has been a high landmark for the Cave Story modding community. For it's time, WTF? Story was applauded for it's large variety of assembly hacking edits, TSC manipulations, and fun/wacky themes.
